What happens if I miss a payment?
In order to provide some flexibility, we offer a three-day grace period for payment submission. However, if the payment is not received within this timeframe, the program will be automatically deactivated until the outstanding payment is made.
Is there a time contract for using ES2?
There is no time contract for using ES2. You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time.
What happens if I quit my membership and I want to come back?
We warmly welcome you back to ES2 as long as you maintained a good standing during your previous membership. However, if you have not been a member for more than three months, you will be required to undergo a new buy-in process and subscribe to the current monthly subscription.
If I cancel after my payment is withdrawn, is my subscription prorated?
If you decide to cancel your subscription, please note that the subscription rate will not be prorated.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please log into your account on this website and navigate to the "My Account" section. From there, you will find the option to click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
Are there any refunds?
Please note that we do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, refunds for upgrades or downgrades, or refunds for unused months.
