What happens if I miss a payment?
Payments that are not processed can be for a few reasons.
We will give you a three-day grace period. If payment is not received, then the program will be turned off.
Does ES2 integrate with QuickBooks?
At this time, ES2 does not integrate with QuickBooks.
Can this program be used for residential service and remodel work?
Yes, the software can be used for residential service and remodel work.
Can this program be used for new residential construction?
No. ES2 is for electrical service work.
Are there any refunds?
There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade or downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused.
How do I cancel my account?
Send us an email, and we will cancel your account.
If I cancel after my weekly payment is withdrawn, is my subscription prorated?
Your weekly subscription rate will not be prorated if you cancel your subscription.
Does ES2 integrate with QuickBooks Online?
No, however it is in development. Once integration is complete, you will be able to import your customers from QuickBooks Online to ES2, as well as export your invoices and customers from ES2 to QuickBooks Online.
What happens if I quit my membership and I want to come back?
You are always welcome to come back as long as you were in good standing with ES2. However, anybody that has not been a member for longer than three months will be subject to a new buy-in and the current monthly subscription.
